Vitamins, Vitamins are so important to our family. I know, that in our modern society, our food barely has the quality it did ten years ago, let alone fifty. Yet we put more stress on our bodies, whether it be from sporting activities or work or even our day to day running. SO how are we to stay healthy with unhealthy foods in our diet, or healthy foods, just less quality healthy foods and more demanding lifestyles, vitamins!
I often premake mine and then just take it to go, shake it up and drink it up
Most of us have heard that alot of our vitamins are being flushed down the drain, or just sitting in our gut unable to be digested. This is simply NOT ok to me, to waste such money. Not to mention the fact if I take a vitamin, I want to to work. Or all of these knock off vitamins that are no better then taking nothing at all. So whats the answer,

She has been in private practice for 15 years, and focuses on general medicine with an emphasis in women's health. Super cool, seeings how, I tend to be pregnant or nursing just about all of the time :-) Dr. Foster graduated from Pitzer College with a Bachelors of Art in PreMed and Neuropsychopharmacology. She earned her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine (love this) from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Her clinical training took place at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, where she graduated in 1997. Dr. Foster also pursued a license in midwifery while in Seattle, and she completed a year residency as a Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife at a birth center in Seattle.
